About Our Beginnings
As mentioned before, we specialize in burrito products and work to improve the experience people have at our restaurants. And this is our About page
We first started off as a small part-time job of our CEO and Founder, Malo Pako, where he was making burritos to get some extra cash during the weekend. His food started to catch on when his college wanted to employ him in a larger part-time job, allowing him to have a steadier flow of income and increase the exposure of his burritos to any hungry students.
After finishing college, Pako then went to other places to further his skills in cooking and took a job at another restaurant. It was a Mexican restaurant, but he felt underutilized when all he did was make tacos or cook a churro, he wanted to make burritos. Over the years, he distanced himself from the restaurant, trying to make his own restaurant that catered to burritos. He was able to accrue the funds and start his venture that you are now eating at right now, or looking at the website.

You want our burritos, delicious wraps packed with all of the vegetables and meats you enjoy. You want eggs, peppers, chicken, pickles, steak, pork, jalapeƱos, and to have these tasty items wrapped up in a thin bread, capable of holding itself together, and able to be eaten quickly in a hand-held manner. This is what we provide, all you have to do is ask for one of our menu items.
